Trump Bashes Dems Pushing to Abolish ICE: 'Zero Chance'

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D., N.Y.), who has been frequently touted as a potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, became the most high-profile elected official to call for abolishing ICE during a Thursday appearance on CNN's "Cuomo Prime Time". Meanwhile, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's stance that ICE should be abolished has gained prominence since her longshot victory in Tuesday's Democratic congressional primary over U.S. Rep. Joe Crowley in NY.

Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wis.) even vowed to introduce a bill to Congress that would abolish ICE.

Other leading Democrats say the focus should be on President Donald Trump's policies and not the government's organizational chart.

"How can Senator Gillibrand call for the abolition of ICE when she obviously has no idea what to replace it with?"

The issue has also been complicated by a federal judge who ordered that divided families be reunited with 30 days. While some Democrats like Alexandria Oscasio-Cortez have suggested dissolving ICE, others have simply suggested that the duties given to ICE be reviewed and made more inline with the original objective of the agency, post 9/11.

When is the next blood moon? The entire eclipse will be visible from Africa, the Middle East and countries in central Asia. Joel 2:30-31 reads: "And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke".

The mayor of the largest city in the United States is now calling for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

U.S. Attorney for Oregon Billy Williams said his office is committed to protecting freedom of speech and peaceful assembly: "However, when individuals break the law by blocking employees and the public from accessing a federal facility, federal law enforcement will respond to restore normal business operations". "I don't think they're going to try and tear this whole thing down".

Efforts to further escalate the fight beyond the electoral realm are already in motion. He wrote that he released many House Republicans "prior to the vote knowing we need more Republicans to win in Nov". It quickly grew into a mini protest village. "They can't collect and gather information to go after people who are truly problems".

"That looks different in different places", she said. Hartford City Councilwoman Wildaliz Bermudez, of the Working Families Party, said the visceral nature of reporting from the border during the height of the family separation crisis pushed the movement toward a tipping point.

Her comments follow similar sentiments expressed by Sen. "They're talking about everyone".
