Last-Minute Signings Jose Mourinho MUST Make

Last-Minute Signings Jose Mourinho MUST Make

Jose Mourinho is now the bookmakers' favourite - yes, favourite - to become the first Premier League manager to lose his job this season.

The Portuguese has been increasingly outspoken and irritated by a variety of matters on the club's pre-season tour of the United States, with transfers one of his main complaints.

Transfers are arguably chief among the issues as United have so far only managed to bring in Brazil midfielder Fred, raw full-back Diogo Dalot and third-choice goalkeeper Lee Grant.

Mourinho freely admitted he wants another two new signings in a bid to launch an improved Premier League title challenge by the August 9 deadline, but attempted to downplay the frustrations of only getting one. I am confident I get one.

Mourinho also says the new Premier League season should start a week later - in line with the rest of Europe.

"We have the situation with Matteo Darmian, he's playing now every game but probably he's going to leave, and then some kids, they're probably going on loan".

Manchester United have struggled to impress in pre-season with a patchy squad that has been depleted through injuries and key players resting after the World Cup in Russian Federation. "I think it's possible I'm going to have one".

Manafort Drops Appeal of Civil Case Against Mueller
Gates has since pleaded guilty and agreed to help prosecutors with their case, as one of the government's star witnesses. However, the government is now recommending that Manafort serve 8 to 10 years if he is convicted.

"I am confident I will get one, but I think two I am not going to get - which is not a drama", Mourinho told beIN Sports. "They have great players for sure but we'll be ready for them".

Here's an example of some players showing off how they're now in high spirits- reserve goalkeeper Joel Pereira took to social media and posted a photo of summer transfer window addition Diogo Dalot flexing his muscles in a red United home kit with his name and #20 on it.

But Mourinho, who has bemoaned the lack of established players he has on United's U.S. tour, says that is too soon after the World Cup and the start should be a week later.

"If I sign one player before the window closes, that's fine".

"I agree that when the season starts the transfer window closes", said Mourinho.

The positive feeling is to win the first Premier League match.

"You look at other countries with lots of players in the World Cup they start later - Spain and Italy start later".
